Bear with me... I'm posting this for a friend of mine.
My friend just upgraded her EeePC 1005HA to Windows 7. However, in doing so, she lost functionality of her volume and wireless function keys. When she goes to Device Manager, it says that she has the latest drivers for her hardware.
Anyone else run into this issue? Is there a fix/workaround for it? What about a program that you can re-map the job of the function keys?
Let me know if there's more info that you need to diagnose, and I'll try and get it for you.
Thanks.

All of the hardware detects normally except the ASUS ACPI driver. This device also controls the eee PC specific hotkeys. Select your eee PC from the list, then download the ACPI drivers from underneath the “ATK” category. I just installed Windows 7 on an Eee PC 904HA (which has the 1000H motherboard).
